Rachel did absolutely everything in her power to help us out and get our loan approved. She walked us through every step of fixing our credit. She held our hand through the entire process. This was our first time ever buying a home and we were totally clueless. She always answered emails even when it was late sometimes. I can't imagine having gone through this process with anyone else. We had spoken with other lenders that made us feel like a joke and she took us very seriously and cared for us the entire way. She is amazing.

I didn't believe anyone would want to take a chance on me. I was a freshly graduated student and although I didn't have debt, I did not have credit. Rachel was great because she ran multiple scenarios that allowed me to purchase my home on my own, with out a co-lender. I appreciated the time she spent and her willingness to answer questions, even ones that normally would be considered "simple". Always friendly and happy to work for you, Rachel is a great lender in the Omaha area. I would highly recommend her not only for all of that, but she was more than willing to answer questions and be a resource after closing as well.

Rachel was always available to answer questions we had and was also to advocate for us with the builder to complete all the necessary steps along the way.

I did NOT have the best of credit~ Rachel worked endlessly with me to correct some things, to get me pre-approved and then finally getting me my loan to purchase the house of my dreams! She is THE best person for the job!! I would and have recommend her to everyone! She and her team went over and above!
