Working with BenchMark was definitely a great experience. Rachel and her team were amazing. They were always there to assist me with any questions or concerns I had. Even after business hours or in the weekend Rachel made her cellphone available to call her for any concerns or questions. This really help me alleviate my stress. I first worked with Rachel 2 years ago for my first home and I was very impressed about her skill ,talent and the patience she had to make sure I understood what i was getting myself into. This is the reason why I reached out to her again with BenchMark Mortgage and her work and dedication have always excited my expectations.

Rachel was such a blessing during my first time home-buying experience! Not only would she provide me updates throughout the whole process and check-in to see if everything was going smooth, she went above and beyond to ensure I fully understood the terms and was always available to answer any questions. I couldn't have asked for anyone better! Rachel will always be my first choice!

I am especially grateful for Rachel, from the very first day that I walked into her office I was so nervous to the unknown of the entire process of buying my first home. She made me feel very comfortable and walked me through each step of the process from beginning to end. She was very polite and answered all my many, many questions! Rachel kept in informed of her progress and where we were in each step of the process! She even took my calls after hours to answer any and all questions that I had and returned my vm messages very promptly. Many, many times I asked her input on some things as it related to the process and she was very honest, upfront and caring all at the same time. I am so grateful to Rachel and I thank her for all of her hard work and efforts in helping me get to the end of the tunnel to the "light" and there in the light was finally my first purchased home of my own!!! :)

Rachel from Benchmark Mortgage was excellent to work with, constant communication, very easy to submit documents for closing. Closed on time, which was so important for us having complicated busy schedules. Staff was all great to work with and everyone was so personable and really made us as customers feel like closing on our home was just as important to them as us! Thanks!!!

Rachel Pierce was, in short, amazing. She guided us along the easy pre-approval process, and sent us process and follow-up emails when needed (some pretty cool! And not too many, either!). She kept us apprised of any developments and hold-ups, and surprised us by going really out of her way to keep things on schedule - like picking up and delivering documents and following up with seller problems. She did her homework, and worked hard to solve unexpected situations on both sides. If it weren't for her gracious calm and serious 'get-it-done' attitude we would not have our dream house! Plus she was warm and cheery - and who doesn't need that when things get stressful?!

Rachel helped us tgrough our who mortgage process and she was very good at letting us know what she needed from us. she made the process super easy and was able to save us a lot of money!

Rachel made something we thought impossible happen...getting a loan! And she made it very easy. With all the hiccups we had along the way she helped us understand where we were in the process and what needed to be done. Everytime i hear someone is starting the house buying process, i recommend them to Rachel for the lender. She'll get you in the house you want!
