We hit a few bumps in the road but she never once seemed frustrated, she remained very positive and ensured me she would continue giving it her all. Rachel looked at all possible loans for me and helped me chose the one best for me.

My real estate agent recommended Rachel and spoke very highly of her. I could not be happier that she did! Rachel is GREAT at keeping in contact and replying as soon as possible. She kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and was always straightforward with me. She never sent me on a wild goose-chase for information that she needed. She would tell me what she needed from me and where I could get it. I never felt like I was being rushed or mislead. She helped make my experience of buying my first home pleasant and easy. Rachel was awesome to work with!! For a first time home buyer like myself, she made the process very clear and answered all of my questions in detail. I felt like she had my best interest at heart. Rachel was fantastic in communicating to us exactly what we needed. She was quick in responding to our questions with helpful answers. She and Benchmark Mortgage seemed to genuinely care about us throughout the whole process. This was our second home purchase, and it went smoother than our first (which went through a different lender). I would definately recommend Rachel Pierce and Benchmark Mortgage.
