Phil was with me every step of the way! In May 2016, I bought my first condo and had a lot of questions. He was there to answer every question and was very helpful throughout the entire process. I had reached out to other mortgage brokers, but because of Phil's working relationship with my real estate agent and his responsiveness, I decided to go with Phil.The great thing was that since I work in the East Bay very long hours, Phil was able to receive everything electronically. To this day, I still haven't met him in person because everything was done via email or phone! The pre-approval process was a breeze and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase in the competitive Bay Area real estate market. He worked closely with my real estate agent and the title company so that I didn't have to get involved or worry about closing escrow. I've even recommended him to one of my best friends who will begin her house hunting process in a few months.Thank you, Phil!
