Jose made the process so easy. He answered all my questions and whenever I called or emailed questions or documents, he was fast to respond. Jose also did an amazing job in making us feel comfortable, there were a few times I didn't feel comfortable sending documents unsecured through email or wanted to process elements in certain ways, Jose made it easy to do things the way I felt comfortable and gave information on the pros and cons of each method.
