To say our loan was cut and dry would not be the case. My husband is self employed and that right there causes many obstacles. John was up front with me and indicated we were going to have to provide ALOT of documentation. We worked together as a team and when he could sense I was getting frustrated or discouraged he would remind me of the end goal. If you put the time in to provide what is necessary he is also going to put the time in to make it happen! Thank you John and Golden Oak
