Everybody's situation is different in Life. From my initial interaction with Mr. Amini to closing - he was polite, patient, and provided me a number of mortgage options to choose. We discussed the process, mortgage options, and fees. No question on my behalf was a dumb question - and I had many. I can't really think of a more positive experience. Over the course of the two years of having John as my Loan Officer, he has been upfront and honest every step of the way. Through the process of, first my initial loan, which had seen many obstacles in itself, to my recent refinance. John was there to explain each process I wasn’t fully understanding. With the complexities of each loan, he had the knowledge to work with upper management, all the way to negotiating with the underwriters. He was able to secure the best deal for my our family.
