John is a great communicator. We worked together via phone, email, and text. John was on top of it all. Being able to scan documents, and email them with my signature - John didn't even flinch. It made the process easier for me, and certainly sped it up. This is the second time I've worked with John, and he's great. I appreciate that when I wasn't sure what something meant, he called and explained it. Great!!
