Amid all the pandemic crisis and no doubt loads of work being done, John stayed on top of my application and ensured it was seen through to the end. We did experience longer than normal response times, which is understandable, but John provided as much info as he had available each time I requested an update. In the end, he was able to get me exactly what I needed and saved me thousands of dollars on my loan.
