John was very accessible during the process of refinancing my mortgage. He was always available for questions and was quick to answer. He was honest about the timeline. He let me know when my application hit underwriting and approximately how long it would be in underwriting. The closing was quick but very efficient with the title company at the Golden Oak office. John is GREAT!!

John was very informative, kept me up to date on how things were going. He was also creative in our refinance, getting us the best option and working tirelessly to get us taken care of.
