Jeff was comprehensive and prompt. His guidance helped the entire underwritting process go smoothly and he helped us make sure we had all our documentation in order in advance. There were no surprises working with Jeffrey and we had a lot of moving parts to our underwriting process because I owned a business and was in the process of shutting down a business which provided plenty of paperwork challenges.

It was great dealing with a mortgage broker that understood my financial values. All major banks refused to work with me due to my debt free life style resulting in a lack of a credit score. Mr. Green took my net worth and my wife's credit score into consideration and found us a competitive mortgage. Overall we are very pleased with our experience with Mr. Green and Churchill Mortgage.
