Jeff was always there when I needed him; whether for questions or for explanation of something I didn't understand. He was prompt in answering my questions and worked with me in a timely manner. when I asked for something, he would answer through text, email or phone call. this meant allot to me, because it gave me the impression that he was working on my loan, That he cared about my concerns and that I was a person to him and not just a number.
