Jeff was easy to talk to and understand during the process. Also, his fast response time to any questions we had was great. He did a good job showing us the different loan options that we were considering. I also appreciated the mortgage coach app, which was helpful in getting a visual picture of how our costs would be broken down. The one thing I would ding is the high cost for running the credit report and paying for that twice. Thank you.
