John made the experience great by constantly being in communication, and using simple terms to make the process understandable to an average person. My loan was difficult to get approved due to financials and John walked me through every step and helped get everything in order; so it could be approved. I am now paying 300 dollars less a month and took 13 years off my loan. He asked about my financial goals and helped advise me on the term to chose and gave me the options with pros and cons. He has impeccable customer service; I felt confident in the loan and process. I can’t thank John and Golden Oak enough.
