Not only was this a very pleasant experience for my first time buying a home but also knowledgeable. Jhon Kaba Amini, not only did he do both but went above and beyond! As a first time homebuyer with absolutely zero knowledge about mortgages, Mr. Amini went above and beyond to answer any of my questions, help me understand what i needed to have on hand, and he was there every step of the way making this process such a breeze for me and one of, if not, the most complicated loan he's worked on. I am at envy of how deligent John is on making sure his clients feel at ease during such a complicated process! I would recommend John and Golden Oak Lending to anyone interested in purchasing a home.

John was very knowledgeable and efficient. Our situation presented some challenges, such that other lenders we had spoken to actually quit on us! John said when he made a commitment, he would it see it through - and he meant it! Golden Oak, and specifically John Amini, are truly the best to work with! Even though our situation wasn't always easy, he was right there every step, until we successfully closed. Because of John, we had an overall excellent experience and are very thankful!
