John was very attentive and very on top of everything when it came to providing documentation. He was very good about following up so I wouldn’t forget and that is what I really appreciated about him. I also was really happy with him being able to close on our home as our previous lender was so close to losing our earnest money due to an oversight on her part! He saved the day!

Even though we opted to wait on buying our first house, John was very helpful in the whole process. He was very clear and upfront about how it all works. When there were parts we didn't understand he took the time to explain them and make us feel very comfortable throughout the whole thing. When we finally decide to take the big step of buying out first home we will definitely we reaching out to him again!

Everything about the experience from start to finish was smooth, easy, and informative. It was apparent from the first conversation with John that he isn’t what I’d consider your “stereotypical” lender. He cared about us throughout the entire process, and made it very apparent that his motivating factor was getting us into a house we call home above all else. As a first time home buyer, he was very patient and communicative. He broke down the information in terms my partner and I could understand. He’s incredible at what he does on top of his personable nature, and I couldn’t possibly recommend anyone more than I recommend John.
