John was very professional and easy to work with. He was very prompt with all his responses and made the purchase of our first home seamless. He was on top of everything needed documentation wise, able to get us a very competitive rate, and even able to lower our rate later in the process before closing. Everything was squared away with zero surprises. I would highly recommend working with John to anyone, and plan to work with him in the future.
