This was a first time home purchase for me, and John was the second loan officer we started working with after not being happy with the first officer/company we were working with. After our first meeting with John, we walked out of his office and knew we found the right person to address all of our needs and concerns. He provided us with so much knowledge and different options that we never even knew existed when working with our original lender. The entire process became so much easier and less stressful the second we started working with John. Our budget was on the very low end in terms of the housing market, but we felt that John gave us the same courtesy and attentiveness as someone that would be purchasing a multi-million dollar home. This was very important to us. Not only is John the best in the business at what he does, he is an even better person on top of that. Anyone that is in the market for a new home and looking for a lender, working with John is an absolute no brainer decision and I would recommend nobody else. We definitely look forward to working with him in the future as well. John, you are the man! John was an absolutely amazing loan officer. He made the process transparent, simple and easy to understand. I didn’t feel like another “loan” or number to John. He listened to our needs, and gave us the honest truth rather than just try to close out another loan.
