The day I met John I wasn't in a great mood. I just got denied for a loan for my first house. John then took it upon himself to talk to me about the process and why I should be mad at the process. John then made sure I would not leave with that same attitude. After we talked about why I might have got denied we then talked about why I would not get denied under his care. John took his time and broke down everything so I had a better understanding as a first time home buyer. Even after I left his office and gave him a call he made himself available for me and helped me with anything I needed help with. John is now the reason I will not look at banks any more when it comes to getting a home loan. For anybody that's purchasing a house he cares about the people and not just about the money, he's a guy I'm glad to have on my team

John is absolutely amazing! He worked with me for over a year to make my loan happen! He wasn’t afraid to take a chance on a 22 year old first time homebuyer. As the first person in 4 generations in my family to buy a home completely on my own, I was terrified! John never let me get discouraged, he held my hand every step of the way, encouraged me when I was unsure, never got frustrated with me when I made mistakes, and always took the time to answer my questions, even when they were dumb or when he had already answered them multiple times. I was absolutely blessed to have been introduced to him, and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation! I could not recommend a better loan officer! This was my first home purchase so this made it a significant purchase. John assisted my process from the very beginning of getting a pre-approval to the very end of signing the paperwork; he walked me through every document that I was signing for.
