I didn't have any established credit and heard Churchill was able to provide mortgages to people in my situation. What I did not realize was how helpful of a company they were. Our realtor raved about how on top of things they were and she and our lawyer told us how our rate was one of the lowest they had ever seen (for someone without credit!). Very pleased by our overall experience.

Jeff was comprehensive and prompt. His guidance helped the entire underwritting process go smoothly and he helped us make sure we had all our documentation in order in advance. There were no surprises working with Jeffrey and we had a lot of moving parts to our underwriting process because I owned a business and was in the process of shutting down a business which provided plenty of paperwork challenges.
