Jeff was very great to communicate with. He was very attentive to questions I had and was timely with getting back with me. He was great to work with. We did have a very long process as far as getting everything for our loan approved, 2 appraisals done, etc. This honestly was very stressful and frustrating at times, but Jeffrey had great customer service thru out.
