This was our second time having Jeff help with the home buying process and I couldn't be happier. He has been very responsive and patient with the many questions and curveballs that often occur, especially with how quickly we needed to close on our home. Our experience with Churchill initially was not the best. Our for Specialist assigned to us was basically an idiot. We requested a new Specialist to be assigned to our application and we were introduced to Jeffrey Green. From that initial phone call with Jeffrey everything was different. Jeffrey took over and moved everything right along. He was patient, knowledgable, and availible. Our stress and doubts immediatley disappeared. We moved across the country and everything was handled and done. The contracts, the mortgage, and even the insurance. All lined up and ready to close. Closing took 30 minutes. Jeffrey is awesome at his job! Thank you!

He actively listened to my needs and quickly addressed any concerns or questions I had. I am generally a skeptical person, however, he quickly created a sense of trust and reliability. I'm pretty sure my situation was not the easiest one to work with, however, he conveyed a comprehensive understanding of loan products and guidelines ensuring me that I received the best possible options tailored to my case. I found the portal to be a great way to convey documents. Jeff was transparent about the loan process, fees, and any potential challenges that could arise. His honest approach made me feel confident and supported. There was only one hiccup at the end which was very minor, although inconvenient in its timing, it appeared to be out of his control but he got ahead of it and quickly communicated to me the situation. In conclusion, my experience with Jeff was exceptional in every aspect. His outstanding communication, expertise, and unwavering dedication resulted in a smooth and successful finish at closing. The greatest part about Jeffrey Green is that he is exceptionally knowledgeable. I didn't realize how an experienced my real estate agent was and there were many occasions where she had information that was inaccurate regarding federal law and procedure. Jeffrey was my source for accurate information in all accounts. I truly would not have been able to close on my house without Jeffrey.

The amount of communication and the way he walked us through things were absolutely great. Could call/text him at any time and he would make time to help us. This guy is the best hands down!
