As a first time loaner, Mr Green and his team did an outstanding job helping us. His team’s communication with us through out the process was phenomenal. If there was any issues, Mr Green knew exactly what to do and provided excellent guidance and clarity. His team did a fantastic job in helping us get all the requirements we needed. Jeff promise us a Pre-approval letter within 30 days or less which we received. We first started looking at homes in Murphy NC but switch to St. Petersburg FL. Jeff made the transition without any loss time or issues.

Our experience with Churchill initially was not the best. Our for Specialist assigned to us was basically an idiot. We requested a new Specialist to be assigned to our application and we were introduced to Jeffrey Green. From that initial phone call with Jeffrey everything was different. Jeffrey took over and moved everything right along. He was patient, knowledgable, and availible. Our stress and doubts immediatley disappeared. We moved across the country and everything was handled and done. The contracts, the mortgage, and even the insurance. All lined up and ready to close. Closing took 30 minutes. Jeffrey is awesome at his job! Thank you!
