Joe Longo made it great by being so helpful every single step of the way and always responded quickly to every communciation. He is the only reason I chose NAF. After working with him to get several pre-approvals I trusted him and knew he was reliable. Joe also kept things on track when I began to get frustrated with the amount and type of documentation requested by the loan processor by compiling all the information I had provided by email into a document I could quickly sign electronically. This saved me a lot time and I really appreciated it. I was trying to answer Best to questions 1 and 2 but your survey didnt seem to be accepting the response as far as I could tell.
