My wife and I were first time home buyers and had minimal knowledge on the home buying process and financing. Chris was there for us every step of the way! He took the time to explain things to us, answer questions, and checked in regularly to see if we had any questions or concerns. Chris was always readily available. We looked at going through our local bank for a home loan as well and we ended up feeling like just another number. Chris treated us like people and went above and beyond with his service.
