What can I say about this group that hasn't already been said? This group is truly amazing. Jennifer Jacques is my top lender. As first time home buyers, my wife and I were almost clueless about the home loan process. Chris Broadhurst made us feel like experts. I've never had anyone respond to emails (by email and phone call) as promptly and efficiently as Chris and his team. Joanna Vining and Jamie Yocum were also incredible helpful and friendly. They always explained each document in full detail leaving us without any questions or confusion. The team's customer service is seriously the best I've ever experienced.
