Kassidy proved to be an invaluable asset in my home buying experience. At each step of the process she demonstrated excellent technical understanding, and was able to communicate her knowledge in a clear, patient, manner such that I always knew where I was at and what I would need to do next. Additionally, I have to credit her with matching me with an excellent realtor whom I thoroughly enjoyed. This was much appreciated as I am quite particular about realtors. There are a couple traits demonstrated by Kassidi which I would like to highlight. The first of which is a fierce tenacity. I would say that my loan had a lion's share of excitement to it, but I never had cause for concern because I knew my loan officer was on top of the issues and would handle their resolution -- informing and consulting me when decision points were reached. More importantly, she was trustworthy. Through candid communication, I felt cared for throughout the process. She provided detailed explanations whenever I needed to make a decision, and supplied an unbiased analysis of my options -- empowering me to make informed, confident, choices. As a bonus, I also found her to be quite responsive. As proof of my endorsement, I've already recommended her to a brother of mine who will be moving to the area soon and I am confident he will have an excellent experience.
