John worked extremely hard for my client when she couldn’t get approved by any lenders and he made what seemed impossible possible. He ran her credit and clearly explained exactly what we needed to work on. In just a couple of months, we were able to get to closing. I am so grateful for John he is truly an amazing lender. He was also the lender who helped me close on my very first home over ten years ago, an experience I never forgot. When I became a Realtor, I knew immediately that John would be my go-to lender. Every experience with him has been outstanding. I highly recommend John!

We have known Amy for a few years as she was our loan officer for our first loan. Kathy is an A+ individual. Kathy Selander and I had some difficulties in communicating mainly because I was not looking up the correct email!! My apologies were graciously accepted. Once we realized my error, Kathy jumped through hoops and brought the loan to a close! I am very grateful to these two ladies for their patience and wherewithal to see us to the finish line!

Billy and his Loan Processor (Brian) were wonderful, however the undewriting process was a nightmare. I would recommend Billy and Brian and day, but not the company as a whole as underwiring was overly zealous, and not timely in their corresponding.
