Lauren is Amazing!! i loved working with new American Funding because of her. she is very knowledgeable and gave me a lots of options to choose from based on my needs and situation. From the beginning she has shown exemplary professionalism in handling my loan. she was straight forward and very helpful in explaining the process from start to finish. Lauren showed us on paper the upfront costs and made up multiple mock loans to explain and show us the differences in loan types, mortgage insurance, and total amounts paid. As a visual learner this is insanely helpful!!! She walked us through each step and made sure we understood thoroughly. She is detailed, very responsive, and clearly knows her stuff about all types of grants for first time home buyers. I would 100% recommend!
