As a first time home owner I can tell you that they are really helpful in making the process easy and they work with you to solve any problem or issues you might find along, In my case my residence was conditional so they needed to have USCIS notice of action to close , but they continued with the process while waiting for the notice, this made my close date in less than 45 days even with this issue, and all the other thing that the underwriter needs they provided us exactly what we need to fill all the blanks, I would definitely recommend them because they are exceptional in their job.

The entire team was great to work with. Concise and efficient with information they asked for and are patient and great at explaining the process and status of things when you need to know them or have particular questions. They made the loan portion of the transaction easy. Highly recommend. Was particularly impressed with their proactive communication and their response times to questions.

This team is exactly that - a great team! They work well with my agent and the portal they use is user friendly and keeps you updated every step of the process. There was never a moment I did not know what was happening through my loan process. Very easy and stress free process. Denise responds quickly to any questions and cost analysis questions.
