We had a very difficult time getting the information we needed from a company that took over the financing on my solar panels. The people working their customer service were rude, unprofessional, and dishonest and the team working my loan would not give up! We started the loan process in November, and even though I had lost faith in the process, Cassandra and her team did not give up! They were calling and emailing that terrible company EVERY DAY! I believe it was their constant attempts to get answers was what made solar servicing finally stop giving us the runaround and give us the information we needed to close.
