Great service! Always better then what you would expect. Assisted every step of the way for initial VA home loan followed later down the road with a refinance to capitalize on the lower rates. Very easy to deal with. Charles and his team get an A+ rating. Highly recommend.

Dan has been absolutely pivotal in all my real estate transactions. His knowledge is unmatched when it comes to knowing where things are and which way things are trending allowing us to get the best possible result for our needs. He was able to walk me through a transaction in which I had no idea how to navigate and wouldn't have been able to close without his help. Throughout the years, going through about 6-7 transactions with Dan, he has become a family friend and even though we are now out of state, I will not go through a real estate transaction without at least running it by him first.
