Chip helped walk me through the process from beginning to middle to end. What I anticipated to be a very stressful process was far from that. He kept me updated along the way and everything was completed within the anticipated time frame. Thankful I won't have to do this again in the near future - but should I, I know I'll be calling Chip!

Chip is probably the most patient person I've ever had to work with. I am very very particular about everything, and he made me feel not only like he cared, but he followed through the entire process. I work for and with this guy! He is a class act, and more people should be as thorough, patient, and understanding as him. Him and Jennifer are very awesome!
