Jeff is just a great guy. Very helpful considering we’re new and had a ton of questions. He was always happy to answer, and if he was busy he would let us know and be prompt when getting back to us. He was extremely available and answered a variety of questions over text, which was especially convenient. Never made us feel bad for not knowing an answer, was always happy to educate us on the process. Pleasure to work with.
