Chip was great to deal with always on top of things. Some times when I would call him with a question I would no more than hang up the phone till he would call me back. Would recommend Chip to anybody looking for a no hassle home loan.

Chip is not only a knowledgeable professional, but also an ethical, integrous, and customer service oriented representative... Qualities often hard to find on the market anymore in this day and age. He never let go of me but would always find ways to answer questions during the process of my refinance. I had a near impossible loan through write requiring me to not only refinance but to cash out and quit claim an ex-girlfriend off the property in conjunction with refinance. Due to her difficulty there were many times throughout the process I thought it wasn’t going to get done. But it did! Thanks to all of you on the New American lending team.
