This was the first transaction I'd worked with Micah on. He was a referral from my Team Lead. As an agent I rely heavily and put a lot of trust on my lenders when it comes to the financial side of the transaction. Without them there is no transaction. The communication with Micah exceeded my expectation compared to other lenders I've worked with in the past. He was responsive not only to me but also to our Buyers, Listing Agent, and all parties involved. He made it very clear to the buyers all their lending options and they were very confident with the numbers and moving forward on purchasing their first home! Micah was a wonderful Loan consultant that help assist me through this stressful and confusing process. His insight and knowledge help reassured me multiple times and help answered all my questions I had even if they were small issues. Micah was always available whenever I needed him. He was very understanding of my situation and what I had to go through and with that understanding he was very patient with me throughout this entire process. Micah took the time to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond with resolving any concerns that arose with the house buying process.
