Being a first time buyer I did not know where to start. Jeremy made the process easy for me to understand and had great communication during the whole process! He kept me informed frequently as things progressed with the loan application. He was great at explaining everything in detail was very thorough and would even email/text me a recap upon my request of the conversations we had to make sure I could soak all of the info in as I at times felt overwhelmed. Highly recommend, we had a great experience with Jeremy!
