We had a rough start with the loan service we had before and dirk heard about it and ended up getting us approved very quickly and ran us through the whole process very smoothly and stayed in contact the whole time with any questions and concerns we had and gave us a very nice experience overall

We had a poor experience with another loan servicer and Dirk heard about our experience with us and got us preapproved in a jiffy! He was very helpful, he and his assistants explained the process as we went along, and everyone was easy to talk to and almost always available within minutes if we had any questions or concerns. Our first experience with the other servicer was frustrating and confusing. Our experience with NAF was smooth and made us feel much more at ease.
