This was my third time using Matt, and my husbands first, helped us feel informed and knowledgeable about our options along the way. Matt is incredibly dynamic. We had a 2 week contingency period. He had us apply for bridge loan and conventional financing simultaneously. When the contingent sale fell apart 2 weeks before closing, he flipped gears and was able to rearrange funding without moving the closing date of our purchase because of his forward thinking. Amazing (Maryland, VA loan)

When I had questions she always got right back to me. She helped me find the contractors we needed to fix problems. She followed up with me constantly to make sure I was getting things done and getting the help I needed.
