Lack of communication between Paul and2 Title people. A process that should of only took a few months turned out to be 10 months. Fees were added to our loan that was suppose to be taken care of because was not our fault. Recording title fee was added to loan when we paid out of pocket for it. I had to keep resubmitting the same forms over and over. Plus we have not received any of our signed agreement forms or how to make our payments.

Luke stayed on top of the process communicating daily. If we had a question, and he was busy he would call us back. Never once did we not get an answer from him.
