Russ is a miracle worker and really cares about the people that he helps. Want a great loan officer that goes the extra mile for you then Lee Bounds is your guy. He has the patience of a saint and will go that extra mile to help you through the process. He definitely keeps you informed of all matters that need your attention. We have now used him for several mortgages. Yes, our loan officer but now a great friend.
