I am so grateful for Mike Haeffner. The process of buying my first home was at times was daunting, however Mike helped at every step of the way. When I felt confusion or needed further explanation, Mike did not hesitate to elaborate and explain. Though my situation was at times complex, Mike went the extra mile to communicate on my behalf. I wish everyone an experience as great as mine, and that can be guaranteed to you by working with Mr. Haeffner. I have never met anyone who works as hard as him for his clients, the resolve exceeds all expectations. Bonus points for being an all-around good human and comical soul as well.

In the last 10 years I've bought and sold 5 houses ( investments and personnel properties). I've worked with Mike H on each one and I wouldn't trust anyone else to be my Mortgage Banker. He has made closings happen when no one else could and always in the time frame he quoted. I even did a closing in 21 days. Almost unheard of. He is extremely professional and no one knows the business better. I can't wait to work with him again on my next investment property. I highly recommend Mike and would give him 1000 stars if I could.
