Issues come up and they had answers to the problems as efficietly as they could and we had fun along the way. I also never felt foolish for not knowing the process or having questions. That's huge. You go in to something like refinancing and I have no idea what it's all about so having a team that can explain it and make you feel comfortable with your decisions is a big deal. Thanks guys!

The great comunication and professionalism that I received from Chip Esajian. He was always on top of everything and very responsive to all my questions. The loan processor Kim was not as responsive and sometimes made me feel like what I was saying was not important, because every time I tried to explained my self she told me to let her talk.
