We have been working with Ben and Lindy for almost 7 years trying to find a home. They have been amazingly positive and supportive through every step. Buying a home in Central Oregon the past 7 years has been very challenging. Having Ben and Lindy available at a moment’s notice helped us tremendously with this process. When we finally found our dream home they were so excited for us it felt like they were family! They were almost happier than us because they knew everything we had been through. They were amazing. Unfortunately we encountered a huge obstacle finding home insurance and it looked certain we would lose our dream home. We called 17 agents but nobody would insure our home. We were so certain that we would lose it, that we started to make other plans and shed many tears. This may sound like an overstatement, but Ben and Lindy 100% saved our dreams. I told Ben and Lindy that we had given up and to “dump it” but they STUBBORNLY refused. It wasn’t just to lose a sale because they knew we were going to buy one soon and there were plenty others to chose from, but Ben stated to me that he “couldn’t give up after he saw the looks on our faces when we found that home”. He asked me to give them one more shot. I begrudgingly said yes knowing the outcome would be yet another no. I have no idea how they found someone to insure our home but they did! When I called my wife to tell her they saved our home, it was one of the best moments of my life. What they accomplished was nothing short of a miracle. I cant thank Ben and Lindy enough for what they did for us. A home purchase is a huge thing and to find our dream home after 7 years is a massive accomplishment, but to almost lose it, is also a massive loss. It’s an understatement to say that we HIGHLY recommend them. Not just saving our dream home but the whole 7 year process. They stayed so positive the whole time and never let me feel down. They simply are the best. 5 stars is not enough.
