Luis has been incredible in helping me get through the process in buying my first duplex/rental property. He is knowledgeable and is not afraid to reach out and explain stuff to you. He takes time out of his weekends to make sure that he knows the person he is working with. He likes to build the person connection with his clients and that made me comfortable talking to him and having him as my loan consultant. I would recommend Luis to anyone and everyone.

My wife and I had under 5 weeks to close on a VA loan and we didn't think we could get it done in that amount of time. I'll representative, Chris Morrow made it happen along with his team. The new American team did an outstanding job of getting our loan ready to go in a timely manner, keeping us informed, and answering every single question we had... even the ones I would perceive as being not so important. Mallory was amazing and NAF is lucky to have her. She was always available to answer my questions and extremely knowledgeable in the entire loan process. There were some bumps along the way during escrow but she was always there to guide us in the process to help make things less stressful. I looooooooved Mallory as my loan officer and would definitely request to use her again in the event of another home purchase. Getting a loan takes much more work when you are a business owner. Brenda and her team make it happen. I appreciate all the hard work they do. It gets very frustrating sometimes but they stay on course, keep me calm and get it done with a final close of the loan. Thanks again for another great loan experience. Karina did a great job pushing me to get the right documents together. Getting a loan today is definitely not like the old days. These banks want every inch from you.
