PAINLESS!! I have a strong aversion to poor communication and lack of professionalism which seems to run rampant these days, so I was prepared to be on an extensive hunt for a mortgage advisor that suits my style, but then we met them gen names Sheila. She exceeded our expectations...professional, efficient, accessible and knowledgeable. She answered every silly question with no condescension making what otherwise could’ve been a chaotic experience seem like a cake walk. She is a gem!

Sheila was so helpful during the whole process. She worked with us every step of the way to secure our home loan. We felt very comfortable asking questions, and Sheila was always quick with her response. Once we were in escrow, Sheila worked really fast to ensure our loan was locked down prior to us going on vacation. We would not have been able to have as smooth of a loan process without her. I cannot express how great it was to work with her. We'd definitely work with Sheila again!
