went above and beyond to communicate with us at every step. We are so thankful for Michael. We experienced the loan process starting in October where the loan was supposed to close before Thanksgiving and it seemed the ball was dropped with the loan processor and information as to what they needed and did not close until January 2026 that is too long of a timeframe for start to finish on a refinance. We have never experienced anything like that before but Michael was amazing. We truly appreciated him and he is the reason we stayed the course.
