I have a friend who has financed their homes through Eric. They recommended him from the start. However, I went along with my bank and after a number of disagreements and broken promises, decided to get a quote from Eric. First, he was very helpful and easy to approach via phone or email. He was able to match what the bank was offering me with less closing fees. But the best thing was that we were able to close on the house in 18 days. The process went by very smooth. He answered all my questions once a got the pre-closing HUD statements so that I had no questions going into the closing. I recommend him all the way.
