Eric was absolutely amazing. From the moment we applied for a mortgage and expressed interest to the day we closed, he was by our side fighting for our loan. Every hiccup or bump in the road he already had a solution worked out before we ever even heard of it. I was assigned to Eric at guild mortgage after apply for a Homes for Heroes. As a first time buyer, I was extremely nervous about the whole experience. Eric was always available for questions and responded back quickly. The home buying process wasn’t as easy and without his knowledge, it would of been harder. He is very trustworthy and reliable. When our timeline got disrupted by Hurricane Ian Eric went to bat to make sure that I was still able to get into my new home. He kept me in the loop with regular updates without overwhelming me with details or minor concerns. I was so much more comfortable knowing that I had someone advocating for me and I was able to focus on getting myself and my pets ready for our big move.
