Lauren showed us on paper the upfront costs and made up multiple mock loans to explain and show us the differences in loan types, mortgage insurance, and total amounts paid. As a visual learner this is insanely helpful!!! She walked us through each step and made sure we understood thoroughly. She is detailed, very responsive, and clearly knows her stuff about all types of grants for first time home buyers. I would 100% recommend!

Loans can be a quagmire of paperwork and endless document requests—but Pat made the process smooth and surprisingly stress-free. He was incredibly organized, used an intuitive online tool for uploading documents, and always took the time to walk us through what we were signing. We had a lot of questions, and Pat answered every one with patience and clarity. I’m sure I was a handful at times, but he never made me feel that way. Buying a home and securing a loan can be anxiety-inducing, but Pat was there every step of the way to keep that worry at bay. I would highly recommend him and his team to any future buyers.
